Save Water. Save Money. Save Earth.

  • UgMO ProHome is a cost-effective and reliable, wireless water-saving technology tailored to residential and small commercial properties.

  • The system is simple: UgMO ProHome reduces water usage on lawns and landscaped areas, promotes healthy plant growth and saves money for users.

  • Pilot residential programs across the U.S. have shown 30-50 percent in water savings.

  • State-of-the-Art System

A wireless water ‘watchdog,’ UgMO ProHome works in conjunction with new or existing sprinklers/irrigation systems.  It simply turns off the water when the ground is wet.

  • Wireless In-Ground Sensors – Patent-protected, wireless sensors are placed underground in each sprinkler zone to measure soil moisture at the root level, in real time (up to six times an hour, 24 hours a day).

  • ProHome Base Station – An UgMO ProHome base station is installed next to an existing or new irrigation system clock and wirelessly receives data (up to 600 feet) from sensors in each zone.  The station determines when the grass/plantings have reached optimum moisture levels and turns off sprinklers before any water is wasted.

  • Installation – A typical four to six-zone system can easily be installed by landscape or irrigation contractors in less than 60 minutes.

  • A Model for Success

  • UgMO ProHome is based on the same revolutionary technology found in UgMO ProTurf – the golf and professional sports turf version of the UgMO system, introduced in early 2009.

  • Through real-time monitoring of root-zone soil conditions, UgMO ProTurf has saved hundreds of millions of gallons of water on some of the nation’s top golf courses and sports turf facilities, including Merion Golf Club outside of Philadelphia, Arizona’s Desert Mountain Golf Club and Miami’s Sun Life Stadium (formerly Dolphin Stadium), host of the 2010 Pro Bowl and Super Bowl XLIV.

  • Bottom Line

  • UgMO ProHome is a one-time purchase that, based on average water savings of 30-50 percent, typically pays for itself within 12 to 18 months.

  • A two-sensor system can be installed for as low as $399*.

  • System purchases qualify for rebates from some water districts or municipalities.

  • * Retail pricing may vary. Introductory pricing available through participating UgMO installers.
